Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of any finance pre-approval application hosted on a drivebank.ca subdomain (each, a "Site"), operated by AutoPilot Marketing ("AutoPilot," "we," "us," or "our") on behalf of the participating dealership identified on the Site ("Dealer Partner"). By using a Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site allows you to submit a finance pre-approval application to the Dealer Partner identified on the Site. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, financing, or any specific vehicle, rate, or lender terms. All financing decisions are made by the Dealer Partner and its lending partners, not by AutoPilot Marketing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province or territory) and a resident of Canada to use the Site. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application.

3. Consent to Contact and Credit Checks

By submitting an application, you consent to be contacted by phone, text message, and email by the Dealer Partner and AutoPilot Marketing regarding your financing request. You further acknowledge that the Dealer Partner and its lending partners may obtain your credit report and credit score from one or more credit reporting agencies as part of processing your application, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. No Financial Advice

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or credit advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any financing decisions.

5. Role of AutoPilot Marketing

AutoPilot Marketing operates the technology platform that powers the Site on behalf of the Dealer Partner. AutoPilot Marketing is not a lender, broker, or dealership, does not make credit or financing decisions, and is not a party to any financing agreement you may enter into with the Dealer Partner or its lenders.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;

  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems;

  • Scrape, copy, or republish content from the Site without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site design, software, and underlying technology are owned by AutoPilot Marketing. Dealer Partner names, logos, and branding displayed on the Site belong to the respective Dealer Partner. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any Site content except as necessary to submit your application.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT YOUR APPLICATION WILL RESULT IN APPROVAL OR FINANCING.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTOPILOT MARKETING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY DEALINGS WITH A DEALER PARTNER OR LENDER, INCLUDING ANY FINANCING DECISION OR CREDIT CHECK PERFORMED BY THE DEALER PARTNER OR ITS LENDING PARTNERS.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time by posting a revised version with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
